Student Government Association
Student Government Association (SGA)
All TLU students are members of the Student Government Association. The student body president and vice-president, together with a representative from the Student Senate, work with faculty and staff in achieving university goals and in providing an open forum for student opinion and action. Students nominated by the student body president represent student opinion on many university committees that are concerned with academic matters as well as certain aspects of the co-curricular program. SGA is also responsible for the appropriation of funds to recognized student organizations for special events and conferences.
All students are invited to contact SGA at email@example.com or attend any of the meetings on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. in Dunne Conference Room in Tschoepe Hall.
